The US military equipment is too expensive, not enough capacity to build in large quantities, fast enough, in an urgent or crisis situation. RU and China have a combo of technology and large capacity…….in a short period of time. RU/China tech may not be as sophisticated as USA, but quantity does matter, as well as costs
